Many thanks for your advice and the speedy response.

The ercol straps arrived today and I fitted them without too much difficulty.

The last time the straps were replaced by someone they were too wide and were stapled in place.

The customer was really pleased to see that the job had been done properly this time.

Its nice to work with someone from Up North again – I was brought up in Kendal and my brother manages the Tower Bank Arms in Near Sawrey, Hawkeshead.

Unfortunately I have been exiled to the south but hope to get back to civilisation when I retire.

Just to let you know I received the straps about a week ago and they are fine. I would like to order another set, and can do this via your website. If I order the 17 inch straps, will you make them 17.5 inch for me please, as per my last order?
